Title: NPI Operator / Electrical Assembler
Pay: $19.75/hour
Location: Concord, ON

Responsibilities
•Lead and organize cell flow, orders, and daily tasks assigned to the cell.
• Perform thorough visual inspection on all Proto builds and document any issues. Mechanical & electrical assembly of PCB assemblies during the NPI phase.
• Final assembly and shipping of products.
• Material handling.
• Soldering and de-soldering of through hole and SMT component.
•I nitiate process improvements and report back and track issues
• Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback
• Perform data entry and keep track of all NPI RMA boards
• Perform data entry and keep track of all Evaluation units shipping to customer
Qualifications
• Is comfortable with repetitive and meticulous work
• Computer skills
• Is able to work long hours
• Experience in electronic, mechanical or automotive assembly (or similar roles)
• Loves working with a team
