As a Fraud Analyst with our client, you’ll receive:

Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Evaluate guest ecommerce orders for fraud. Analyze and communicate fraud patterns to ensure comprehensive resolution
- Identify, investigate, communicate post-purchase fraud risks and trends across channels to ensure comprehensive resolution
- Support internal partners with fraud risk-related concerns
- Support adhoc investigation within Omni Risk and the broader Asset Protection function as needed
- Will primarily support North America but maintain flexibility to support our International markets as needed
Qualifications
Qualification
- 2+yrs retail background. Experience with systems (COM/CSC, Dynamics, Givex, etc.) and processes a plus
- Knowledge of fraud management applications, processes and concepts preferred
-Works effectively across different teams and time zones
- Communicates effectively with internal and external partners as well management with a focus on driving solutions
- Flexibility to support as/where needed
