Responsibilities
Manage e-billing through platforms such as Tymetrix, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, etc.
Monitor budgets, billing rates, and respond to client justification requests
Maintain up-to-date billing data (rates, mandates, client information)
Act as a resource for internal teams on e-billing processes and issues
Assist in training staff on billing procedures and tools
Support general billing operations, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable follow-up
Qualifications
Experience with specialized legal billing or case management software is required (e.g. Tymetrix 360, CounselLink, BottomLine, Legal Tracker, BusyLamp, Legal eXchange, etc.)
1–2 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting (experience in a professional/legal environment is a plus)
Proficient in both French and English, spoken and written
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
