We are currently recruiting for a contract position for a Documentation Clerk in the Burlington area. This position is a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended further. This position supports the Billing Department to ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner with accurate information.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and prioritization skills. This roles requires someone who is detail oriented, organized, and open to help where needed.

Responsibilities
- Supporting billing department with administrative tasks
- Ensuring correct billing data is entered into system
- Maintaining accuracy and timelines for the billing process
- Run reports and review them for consumption
- Maintain spreadsheets to track progress
- Review and maintain invoices and records to ensure accuracy
- Processing meter changes, connects and disconnects
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administration experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Team player, willing to support where needed
- Great communication skills
