Responsibilities
• Scan production records using high-throughput scanners and computer software.
• Count pages and verify accurate scanning of files.
• Ensure all files are correctly stored and cataloged in the system.
• Retrieve and return documents to designated inventory locations based on provided instructions.
• Handle physical documents stored in cardboard tubes, including unrolling, selecting the correct drawings, and re-rolling them for storage.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in operating scanning equipment and related computer software.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, such as retrieving and re-rolling documents, including lifting and managing items stored in cardboard tubes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with inventory control or document management systems is an asset.
• Availability to commit to a three-month contract.
• Must be able to perform tasks requiring upper-body mobility, such as handling rolls of documents and operating scanning equipment.
