Position: Distribution Clerk
Employment Type: Contract
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 pm
Salary: $20/hr

Responsibilities
Provide direction and support to order pickers, drivers, and 3PL partners
● Book delivery appointments with customers as required
● Schedule and liaison with carrier partners to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of sales orders, transfers, and purchase orders within the specified transit matrix
● Ensure specific customer requirements are met and be familiar with all vendor compliance manuals and SOPs
● Work closely with manufacturing and customer service to facilitate strong communication and coordination required to meet and exceed customer expectations
● Be fluent in all relevant functions of the Warehouse Management System, including, order processing, inventory and order queries and analysis, transaction and order history, inventory adjustment, and cycle counting
● Be functional in all customer web platforms for order processing, appointment booking, and order monitoring
● Coordinate all service repairs required for office equipment - Maintain NAFTA certificates
● Create documentation for international orders and work closely with customs brokers
● Coordinate trade show shipments with marketing as sales as required
● Other duties, projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
● At least 2 years of experience in Administration, experience working with a food distribution company is an asset ]
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Meticulous data entry skills, paper and electronic
