> Act as the point contact between customers, drivers, and field personnel to relay instructions and resolve issues.
> Quickly respond to last-minute changes delays, or ser

> High School Diploma
>1-3 years experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
> Excellent communication and organizational skills
> Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
