Responsibilities
- Maximize the next day’s roads
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods
- Use telephone and transportation management systems to track and manage shipments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for transparent logistics operations
- All the logistics of sending drivers, assign containers to drivers, assign routes to drivers
- Maintaining up to date files and status
- Customer service duties
- Being primary point of contact for drivers en-route
- Handling any issues that may arise

Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Dispatching local, intramodal, LTL or FTL
- Tech savvy
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about the transport industry
- Bilingualism is a must
