- Hours ranging around 7:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule
- Salary depending on experience, 58-67k range.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to and from customers.
- Assist in achieving the objectives of the pick-up and drop-off (P&D) operations
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
- Plan the P&D activities and staffing required to meet the objectives
- Ensure drivers are aware of all/any unusual delivery/pickup requirements and update TMS System (Truck Mate)
- Ensure drivers are made aware of all appointment deliveries, cash collects and C.O.D.’s
- Monitor and track all equipment as assigned or moved
- Support with driver check-in when required
- To ensure all updates in Truck Mate System are done in real time for statuses of all trucks and trailers
Qualifications
- French and English is necessary
- 2 years experience in Dispatching LTL transport environment, city/local dispatching
- 1 year experience using TMS software (Truckmate preferred)
- A true team player who posses leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
