Lead the design and implementation of cloud-first, API-driven architectures and automation initiatives.
Develop and enforce standardized software development and quality assurance best practices.
Drive the software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes from requirements gathering to deployment.
Manage enterprise-level software projects, aligning with strategic business goals.
Support and enhance Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve development velocity.
Ensure seamless integration of Gen AI and automation to optimize business operations.
Track and manage financial aspects of technology projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in software development leadership, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong expertise in software architecture, process automation, and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and large-scale software solution implementations.
Familiarity with Gen AI, microservices, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional technical teams and driving transformation initiatives.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, and TOGAF are an asset.
