Responsibilities
-Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Strategic account Team to drive growth in the B2B sector.
-Partner with business collaborators to create a go-to-market strategy for Strategic account sales that aligns with business goals and fosters growth.
-Conduct prospecting efforts to identify new Medium Business clients for all SA business solutions through meaningful value-based conversations.
-Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client accounts.
-Work alongside SA and the support teams to develop account plans that increase value within existing accounts.
-Deliver comprehensive lifecycle solutions to both prospective and existing customers, ensuring a top-notch client experience while effectively communicating the value to the client
-Provide exemplary service, setting a high standard to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
•Seasoned and experienced telecom sales director
•Love for technology and selling complex solutions
•Competitive, passionate and a desire to succeed
•Focused on providing exceptional customer service experience every single time
•Go-getter attitude, self-starter and self-motivated
•Team player and respect and value other’s opinion
•Comfortable taking action, showing initiative and feels empowered to lead
