Advantages
* Base Salary $145,000 to $160,000

Responsibilities
* Support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in achieving sales targets.
* Establish and maintain a strong dealer network within the assigned territory.
* Recruit, hire, train, and manage the regional sales and support staff.
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and a structured onboarding experience.
* Work closely with the President to develop and implement overall sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Drive dealer recruitment, new dealer development, and channel sales while managing gross profit and expenses.
* Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting at regional and national levels.
* Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and customer service to enhance dealer and customer
* Maintain a strong field presence (at least 50% of the time) to drive sales and business growth.
* Foster a positive work environment that supports team success.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years office equipment sales with a focus on copier/printer sales.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time
