Responsibilities
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategies while promoting brand identity and culture
- Manage and mentor the marketing team
- Strategic planning, brand management, campaign execution, market research
- Managing budgets and performance analysis
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (media, government, boards, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and establish KPI's to measure effectiveness of marketing campaign
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics
- 10+ years of experience in Direct-to-Customer product marketing ideally in apparel and/or footwear
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Critical and creative thinking abilities
- Great knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics and best practices
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong Business acumen, ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Must be able to travel to the US as well as within Canada
