Responsibilities

- Oversee user account management, system performance, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize IT resources to support strategic priorities and minimize waste.
Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain IT documentation and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide insightful reports and key performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Support decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, security, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
- Experience with CRM systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions (e.g., AlayaCare, Microsoft 365).
- Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Hands-on technical leader with a strategic mindset.
- Experienced in ERP/CRM implementations and IT system overhauls.
- Passionate about driving innovation and supporting organizational growth.
