Responsibilities
As Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be :
- Managing the accounting team and preparing financial statements
- Management of all PNL
- prepare budgets / forecasts and monitor KPIs
- Reporting to management and external stakeholders
- Systems improvement - process improvement
- Monitoring of financing - cash flow management
- Be close to operations and popularize financial information
- Supervision of 5 people
Qualifications
For this Finance Director role, qualifications are expected:
- BAC, CPA an asset,
- min 3 years in a similar role and/or with supervision of accounting and finance team,
- Bilingualism (reporting and presentation in English for group and external parties)
- experience in hospitality or real estate a strong asset
