We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This individual will act as the primary financial liaison, providing critical insights and recommendations to support company growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, discussion, and presentation of operational planning, including sales and revenue forecasts, operational costs, and organizational structure
- Analyze dealer performance data to support negotiations and agreement discussions
- Maintain detailed sales and order analysis to provide comprehensive financial insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage accounts receivable, monitor payment performance, and ensure timely collections
- Oversee forecasting tools for order and sales development, ensuring alignment with business plans and historical trends
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, playing a crucial role in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct financial analysis and scenario planning to assist leadership in strategic decision-making
- Implement and promote cost management initiatives to drive financial efficiency across the organization
- Support the annual planning process by conducting financial analysis and entering planning figures into relevant systems
- Oversee inventory management, including annual physical inventory and consignment tracking
- Ensure compliance with sales and use tax filings and payments across required provinces
- Conduct quarterly self-assessments to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and internal controls
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; with a CPA designation
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; SAP experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
