Responsibilities
As Director of Finance, you will be a key member of the Executive Committee and will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. You will actively participate in the development and implementation of the financial strategy, ensuring sound management of resources and supporting the growth of the organization.à
- Provide training, supervision, support and day-to-day management of the finance department
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in the establishment and monitoring of operational and financial procedures between the different departments.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts and business cases.
- Optimize financial processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead financial risk management and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in negotiations with financial institutions and other partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure informed decision-making.
- Support expansion, investment and financing projects.
- Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- CPA designation obtained or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent command of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
