The Digital Paid Media team, part of the Digital Commerce division, is an in-house group responsible for executing high-impact digital performance marketing campaigns across Programmatic, Search, and Social channels. Working closely with the Media and Marketing Communications teams, as well as internal and external partners, this team integrates digital media strategies into annual and tactical marketing plans. Responsibilities include budget management, in-platform execution, and cross-channel media optimization to drive business performance.

Lead and Inspire
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 paid media specialists, guiding strategy, driving efficiency, and enhancing marketing effectiveness.
• Foster an innovative and supportive team culture, providing opportunities for development and growth.
Build Strong Partnerships
• Collaborate with Media and Marketing Communications teams to develop and align media plans, budgets, and testing strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital media into broader marketing initiatives.
Drive Paid Media Excellence
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
• Manage the team responsible for media planning, in-house execution, tracking, analysis, and insight generation to enhance cross-channel performance.
Champion Innovation
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies, strategies, and efficiencies that enhance competitiveness and drive innovation.
• Implement new approaches to optimize performance across digital channels.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in media planning and digital marketing within an advertising agency, media agency, or marketing department.
• Proven expertise in developing and leading strategic media/marketing plans for large-budget, multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, analytics, modeling, dashboards, and KPI interpretation to optimize media effectiveness.
• In-depth understanding of digital, mobile, and social media trends, terminology, measurement, programmatic, and performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in building and streamlining processes within a collaborative team environment, managing complex timelines and multiple campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in executing marketing plans across multiple channels, particularly digital.
• Knowledge of retail banking channels (ATM, Telephone Banking, Frontline Support) and their role in media planning.
• Training or certification in Marketing or Advertising.
• MBA or Digital Marketing Certification.
Soft Skills for Success:
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
