Website Management:
Ongoing management and optimization of the corporate website.
Determine website needs and capabilities.
Update and maintain company content on the website.
Digital Presence & Lead Generation:
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our digital presence.
Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Management) best practices and strategies.
Social Media Management:
Support the organization’s social media profile and presence.
Oversee social media analytics, review industry trends and campaigns, and provide recommendations for program development and business planning.
Manage Sprout Social Advocacy tool, collaborate with content strategists, and support employee engagement.
Employ active social listening and engage in relevant social discussions about the organization, competitors, and the overall industry.
Campaigns & Promotions:
Contribute to the growth and development of the organization through social and digital promotions and campaigns.
Track campaign success using KPIs and present results in monthly dashboards.
Use tools like Pardot, LinkedIn Navigator, and LinkedIn targeted posts to support events and lead generation.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
Monitor compliance with all online policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Act as the organization’s first line of offense and defense in safeguarding the company's reputation on social and digital channels.
Identify areas of concern and take appropriate action.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Marketing.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a digital media/marketing role.
5+ years of proven experience with display and social media, including programmatic display, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
Skills:
Ability to influence, adjust to changing priorities, and drive the team towards results.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Ability to manage multiple senior-level stakeholders.
Professional representation of the organization through social and digital channels.
Proficiency in technology, including Pardot campaign creation, Sitefinity CMS (or similar CMS), Sprout Social, and LinkedIn Navigator.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners.
Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
Passion for Marketing and Communications.
Leadership skills to guide and mentor other team members.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, ensuring excellence in execution.
