Responsibilities
- Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
- Focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
- Valid PMP Certification.
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
- 5 years’ experience managing and implementing enterprise wide workforce based transformation initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning and modelling, and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of organizational change, resource planning, business and process change, in a complex sector such as healthcare, financial services or telecommunications.
- 5 years’ experience managing programs in a complex jurisdictional environment that includes executive level interaction and communications involving labour bargaining units and collective agreements
- 5 years’ experience working with Enterprise Resource Management tools to model workforce resource requirements and manage allocation using a resource assignment methodology.
- 5 years' experience using information management and analytics solutions to support clinical changes and human resource transitions in a healthcare environment.
- 3 years’ experience creating business, technical, security or application architectures using a structured method such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or a similar enterprise architecture methodology.
