Responsibilities
Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process.
Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer.
Perform records management tasks throughout all phases of the records management lifecycle including - creating, updating, indexing, storing, and retrieving client files.
Data entry, preparation and filing of records and documents.
Typing speed and accuracy
Retrieve, prepare and delivery of records and boxes.
Coordinate with Off-site storage vendors to pick-up and retrieval of records and files
Enter, update, and manage records in automated records database.
Qualifications
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Outlook
The ability to work effectively under deadline.
A willingness to learn new skills, as well as adaptability when priorities change.
Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication, information comprehension, and excellent attention to detail.
Physical demands: Minimal to moderate physical effort required. Moving of boxes and loading paper into machines will be required. Project prep and scan work will require finger dexterity and movement between machines for different types of documents.
Education Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma Candidate
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk (not a must but an asset)
Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 2+ years)? with demonstrated experience scanning documents, including performing quality controls.
