Responsibilities
• Coordinate, schedule, and publish promotional campaigns across digital channels using a CMS.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, and Corporate Communications to publish content that aligns with programs and promotions, enhancing brand presence.
• Implement online-exclusive sales promotions on websites and mobile apps.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance, optimize strategies, and improve the customer experience.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to AODA standards.
• Partner with the eCommerce Merchandising team to highlight key categories and products through promotional placements on digital platforms.
• Propose enhancements to website and mobile app content organization and user experience.
• Gather requirements to refine existing digital experiences and suggest new functionalities for digital platforms.
• Analyze current content workflows and processes to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with AODA standards; experience with accessibility software is a plus.
• Proficiency with analytics software and reporting tools to measure performance and engagement.
• Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape, with the ability to identify trends, insights, and best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills, combined with a collaborative and professional work style.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
