Collaborate with a team of release engineers, software developers, and business architects/analysts to enhance and automate our DevOps processes. This includes improving digital code delivery, automating manual release tasks, and integrating internal systems with SaaS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Responsibilities
Asset Organization and Management
Organize, categorize, and manage digital assets within the AEM system to support all lines of business and channels
Monitor/review asset uploads, ensuring accurate metadata application, adherence to naming conventions, and maintenance of the folder structure
Architect, design, configure and maintain workflows to streamline and simplify ingestion, metadata schema, file organization, tagging, renditioning, access rights, and overall asset search efficiency
Hands-on implementation of structures and permissions defined by IA/Assets Librarian around folder structures, fragments, assets, API’s, migration and archival
Develop and maintain governance of metadata standards, DAM folder structure, and taxonomy
Provide guidance to development teams and business lines on system architecture and how to use AEM Assets application
Document procedures for building and managing AEM Assets features, components, and tools.
Stay informed of the latest business needs and trends and conduct routine user experience research to ensure the metadata structure and taxonomy meets the needs of all users
Participate in the Governance Committee/Center of Excellence to collaborate with key stakeholders/DAM users
Perform regular audits of assets to identify and remove outdated materials
System Maintenance and Optimization
Employ system reporting, monitoring tools and periodic audits to measure the technical health of AEM platform
Demonstrate a solid understanding of programs and environments within AEM Cloud Manager to optimize platform performance. Serve as the primary contact for any AEM-related issues, including liaising with Adobe support to resolve technical problems
Stay current with Adobe AEM release notes, assess the impact of updates on code, and ensure applications are consistently up-to-date, secure, and compatible with new features and maintenance updates
Configure domain settings, SSL mapping, and IP range assignments across different environments to ensure seamless operation
Implement routine DAM clean up and archiving practices
Monitor and analyze website traffic, and manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) settings to protect against threats
Integration and Collaboration
Implement and manage integrations within AEM, including out-of-the-box connectors to Adobe products to enhance functionality
Collaborate with marketing, HR, creative, and content teams to ensure assets meet organizational standards and are effectively utilized
User Support and Training
Provision, manage and audit AEM user accounts and profile for fulltime, contractor and agency users
Create, maintain and publish project/technical process and configuration documentation and training materials for both application users and departmental leadership
Develop comprehensive training materials including user guides and best practices for asset management for ongoing reference
Serve as the go-to expert for any AEM-related issues or questions, ensuring smooth operation and user support
Train business team members and development partners to ensure that any new functionality for AEM Assets meets technical requirements, is tested and implemented as required
Document DAM processes and standards and manage communications with business partners
Security and Compliance
Identify and address non-compliance with operating procedures among users
Use Assets reports and periodic audits to identify non-compliance items and help business or partners to bring the content into compliance
Ensure the security and integrity of digital assets.
Manage permissions and access controls to protect sensitive content
Qualifications
- Financial Services Industry Experience
- University Degree required
- AEM Platform Understanding (DAM, SITE & Cloud Manager)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in using JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTL, JSP, Sling Model and JCR
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with automation tools and automated pipeline processes
