Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Design Researchers to execute research projects that uncover guest needs and identify business opportunities.
- Program surveys, create discussion guides, recruit participants, and conduct interviews to meet research objectives.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive positive business outcomes.
- Prepare and present shareback documents to communicate research findings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity around project goals and define research objectives.
- Identify potential business risks through research and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in design research or related fields preferred.
- Degree in Design Research, UX, Business, Anthropology, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in survey tools like Crowdsignal or Qualtrics and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and creating meaningful impact.
