Responsibilities
· Responsible for the management of work effort in the various testing environments and/or other testers for the applications supported
· Responsible for the coordination, oversight and planning of test efforts across the team assigned to.
· Ensure Software Process methodology is adhered to, including timely completion of required documentation like MRA2
· Act as escalation point for any testing issues that may impact the project timeline.
· Ensure test related documentation is maintained in accordance with the ECM standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
· Basic understanding of technical environments and the behaviors of those environments.
· Identify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise.
· Communicate/integrate with Leadership, Business Partners, customers and external groups, as needed.
· Identify and develop relationships with delivery partners.
· Communicate and manage expectations with delivery partners pertaining to delivery commitments.
· Successfully plan and implement complex initiatives involving many participants.
· Identify and implement process improvements related to integrated testing.
· Monitor and track defects identified during system testing for successful resolution.
· Responsible for training on various tools.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
· Load Runner 3-5 years
· Performance Testing 3-5 years
