Delivery Helper

The position entails aiding the delivery driver to unload materials, conducting multiple stops throughout the city each day. working 8-10 hour shifts starting at 7am. Material being unloaded can weigh up to 50lbs. This is a temporary role to start with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Having a valid drivers license will aid in the ability to become a permanent hire.

Responsibilities
-Riding with the driver to make multiple deliveries each day
-Unloading materials at the client locations
-Repeat lifting, bending and carrying of materials weighing up to 50lbs
-Using a manual pallet jack

Qualifications
-Strong track record of attendance and reliability
-Steel toed shoes and reflective safety vest
-Class 5 drivers license is an asset, with the interest in obtaining a class 3
-6+ months of previous warehouse experience
-Must be physically capable of repeat lifting of 50lbs
