Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bad debt collections team, ensuring compliance with contract audits and efficient workflow adherence.
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the skip & locate team, focusing on maximizing asset recovery through advanced skip tracing techniques, including social media and search engine utilization.
- Oversee the legal workflow, selecting appropriate contracts for legal processes, claim filings, and judgment enforcement to maximize revenue recovery.
- Set and track performance-driven KPIs, ensuring all teams meet and exceed targets while maintaining process efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in 1st or 3rd party debt collections, skip tracing, legal recovery, or a similar field.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, including bad debt, pre-legal, skip tracing, and asset recovery teams.
- Expertise in skip tracing techniques, POE (Point of Entry) locates, and asset recovery strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
