Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data collection, processing, and analysis approach
• Identify data trends and insights to solve significant, immediate business problems
• Deliver clear, concise, and timely reports and presentations for managers, stakeholders, and leadership
• Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
Expertise in defining business data models, metrics, and KPIs within Salesforce.
Strong understanding of contact center reporting needs, including agent performance, case resolution, and customer interactions.
Experience gathering and refining reporting requirements across business and technical teams.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce data with enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake.
Working knowledge of Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
Strong SQL skills for data validation, transformation, and analysis.
Experience designing scalable data solutions that bridge Salesforce with other systems.
Ability to interface between Salesforce admins, data engineers, and analytics teams.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to align business and technical stakeholders..
