Responsibilities
• Create and maintain comprehensive data models (conceptual, logical, and physical)
• Transform business needs into robust data structures and enhance data model efficiency and scalability
• Ensure data consistency through collaboration with engineers and analysts
• Demonstrate expertise in CRM-database relationships
• Lead data model evaluations and improvements
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and anomalies
•Utilize statistical techniques and data mining tools to extract meaningful insights.
•Devise data-centric solutions for business challenges
•Design and update sophisticated reports and dashboards using Infor Birst, PowerBI, or Tableau
•Proficient advanced SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
•Develop impactful visualizations to convey insights to stakeholders
•Improve report efficiency and resolve technical issues
Qualifications
• Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Infor Birst or Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate data from multiple sources and platforms to create unified views for decision-making.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and predictive modeling for forecasting and trend analysis.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
