Educate & Communicate: Develop engaging training programs and awareness campaigns to embed data governance principles throughout the organization.
Analyze & Improve: Assess data governance maturity, map data flows, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and processes.
Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to champion data governance initiatives and gather requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Management, Computer Science).
2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related areas.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Experience in developing and delivering training.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Master's degree in a related field.
Relevant data governance certifications (CDMP, DGPO, etc.).
Experience with data governance tools and regulatory frameworks.
Project and change management experience.
Skills:

Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
