Responsibilities
-Accurately enter data into various databases and systems from source documents
-Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy
-Review and correct data entry errors before submission
-Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
-Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
-Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
-Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
-Respond to information requests and conduct basic data research
-Adhere to data program techniques and procedures
-Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
-100% accuracy
Qualifications
-Minimum one year of data entry experience or similar roles
-Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
-Proficient in typing and data entry (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data programs
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
-Team player with a positive attitude
-Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
-Familiarity with office equipment, such as a scanner and printer
