Responsibilities
We are a company offering customs consulting services. In short, we perform customs declaration audits for Canadian importers. If they have overpaid customs fees, we file claims on their behalf. The data entry clerk is going to support with registration of data:
- Input data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Update and maintain electronic and physical records of client transactions
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entry or document status
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Ensure all data complies with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain logs of data entry activities and completed work
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting
- Fluent in both French and English (oral and written)
