A well established client in Dorval, , is actively looking for an invoicing clerk to support their clients and to join their dynamic team. This position is a permanent position. The clerk will be responsible for handling paid invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders, expense reports, handling incoming calls and answering file inquiries, calling and following up on open files. Process and follow up on supplier transactions
Input supplier invoices
Reconcile quantities and prices
Identify and correct discrepancies and problems related to invoicing
Invoice suppliers
Make payments and reconcile account statements
Coordination of information to suppliers
Review of periodic accruals
Open accounts for new supplier and manage the required updates
Qualifications
Common sense
Strong computer skills
Experience in Accounting
Knowledge of AP/AR
Data Entry proficiency
Must be bilingual English/French written
Problem Solver
Minimum experience in a similiar a related position
Highly organized and attention to detail is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
