Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures both on-premises and in the cloud
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI or SaaS VA
• Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to support key business strategies
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Optimize data workflows, ETL processes, and ensure data governance and security best practices are followed
• Mentor Agile teams on analytics fluency and support data-driven service improvements
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field of study.
• 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• 2 years of experience with cloud platforms, including AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), or Azure (Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage), with a focus on deploying scalable data solutions and optimizing data pipelines for a range of projects.
Desirable Requirements:
• 1 year of experience integrating DevOps practices to the development workflow using CI/CD best practices.
• 1 year of experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Data Factory, API Management, Talend, etc.
• 1 year of experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as R, Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
• 1 year of experience with IT infrastructure, business direction, strategies, shared service initiatives and/or applications.
