4-day work week: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
Fit and weld structural components using MCAW/FCAW processes
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and shop drawings
Work on trolley-based setups, structural layouts, and large builds
Assist with material prep, fitting, layout, and final welds
Lift, position, and handle heavy materials with team support
Stay focused and organized in a high-output production environment
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Valid CWB FCAW or MCAW certification
3+ years of experience in steel fabrication and welding
Strong skills in layout, fitting, and blueprint reading
Ability to work from both metric and imperial measurements
Physically fit and comfortable with overhead and trolley work
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Must have your own reliable transportation –
site not serviced by public transit
