Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for customs rating and clearances
- Request missing documentations needed
- Data entry and validate commercial invoices
- Working in collaboration with freight forwarders and clients
- Track and trace shipments
- Provide clients updates on status
- Provide top-notch customer experience for all clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Customs, preferable
- French and English oral and written is required
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Strong customer service orientated
- Enjoys working with a team
