Responsibilities
-Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
-Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a clear and professional manner.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to provide timely and accurate information.
-Track customer interactions and ensure all communication is documented in the system.
-Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
-Help customers understand the features and benefits of our products and services to enhance their experience.
-Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
-French Bilingualism is not necessary but is an asset
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Positive attitude and team oriented approach.
