Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a smile (even if they can’t see it!).
* Provide product info, track orders, and help solve problems with flair.
* Process Orders Like a Pro: From start to finish, you’ll manage incoming orders and ensure everything runs smoothly—from entering the details to arranging deliveries.
* Multi-task Like a Master: Juggle a variety of customer needs with ease, including answering questions, solving issues, and providing the best solutions possible
Qualifications
* Computer skills
* Plumbing knowlege an asset
* Experience with Customer Service/Order Desk
* A passion for helping people and a love for creating positive experiences.
* Strong communication skills (you can talk and type with the best of them!).
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
* A team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humor.
