Currently seeking a talented Customer Service representative to handle inbound requests for shipments being store in the warehouse. The Customer Service Representative will handling inbound emails, verify inventory via ERP software, submit request to warehouse team update the inventory data and handling any inquires or problems that arise.

Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day incoming requests for warehouse orders
- Act as a point of contact for client requests, resolve issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or delivery problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing slips, shipping labels) is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide regular reports on shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Warehouse, dispatch, and logistics team to align clients needs and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3PL warehousing / logistics setting
- Strong customer service skills
- English with a working professional French is required
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
