Ideal candidates will bring 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer support setting, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general tech troubleshooting. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, are key. Prior customer relationship management (CRM) system/tool usage and solid understanding of digital content are strong assets.

Qualifications
•1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
•CRM work space preferred
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with solid understanding of Excel and Word
•Working knowledge of Google products, such as Docs, Calendar, Mail, etc.
•Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 8.x) and OS X.
•Multitasking capabilities
•Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
•Strong written and verbal English skills
