Responsibilities
- Handling inside sales responsibilities
- Engaging in all sales activities to drive business growth
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s service offerings
- Prospecting for new customers and effectively demonstrating product benefits
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers
- Responding to customer inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/email
- Providing support to the outside sales team
- Ensuring accurate and timely order processing through the computerized system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or fluid power components sales
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- SAP experience is an asset
