- Inbound calls in English and French.
- File opening: identification and coverage validation.
- Dispatch to the right service level according to demand.
- Various follow-ups.
-Provide empathetic and courteous service at all times.
-Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness in finding solutions to requests.
-Offer a service included in the assistance coverage by scheduling appointments with external suppliers when necessary.
Qualifications
-Minimum one year customer service experience
-Bilingual in French and English
