Responsibilities
• Manage the opening, tracking, and coordination of sales-related files;
• Ensure accurate data entry in various internal systems (Order Book, Quote log, Stock List, Genius);
• Provide general information to representatives, including estimates and price change analyses;
• Contribute to improving best practices in sales tracking;
• Perform other related tasks to support the sales department and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
• In-depth understanding of sales and customer service departments;
• Experience working with sales representatives on the road;
• Strong discipline and attention to detail in handling documentation;
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities;
• Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changes;
• Strong stress management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (an asset);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of sales software (an asset);
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, both written and spoken;
• Fast execution and strong focus on customer service.
