- Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm. Might need coverage for stat holidays and might need to stay until 5pm if needed (Fully on site, no Hybrid or Remote)
- Working in an office located on the border of Oakville and Mississauga
- Easy access to the highway!
- Training provided by the company
- $24 an hour
Responsibilities
- Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage emails efficiently
- Following up on requested information
- Completing administrative duties following customer interactions
- Scanning and uploading documents into the system
- Working with the team to better understand relevant information for customers
- Coordinating information between different departments
- Creating efficiencies in the role where possible
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good overall communication skills through email and over the phone
- Ability to learn new processes
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required).
