Responsibilities
- Ensure the scheduling and coordination of service calls, guaranteeing a quick and flawless response.
- Provide after-sales service.
- Optimize technician allocation based on client proximity to ensure optimal resource distribution.
- Proactively follow up with technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
Qualifications
- A large part of the clients being based in the United States, exceptional proficiency in both French and English, orally and in writing, is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales service (SAC).
- Knowledge of wayfinding systems (a plus).
- Good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone with different stakeholders.
