- Perform order entry
- Communication with customers mainly by email and phone
- Support to sales representatives
- Produce reports
- Answer customer questions
- All other related tasks related to customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent sense of customer service
- Good team player
- Desire to learn
- Knowledge of SAP software (an asset)
- Proficiency with computer tools
- Bilingualism required (English and French), most of their clients are in the US and the Head Quarter's in California
