• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshooting
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve customer service skills and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
• Experience in a Customer Service Industry
• Able to work independantly
• Accountable for your work
