In this role, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support both new and existing customers, either onsite or over the phone. Responsibilities include order intake, processing and delivery coordination, and providing technical support as needed. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success in this position.
Availability required: Monday through Friday, shift may vary between hours of 8am and 6pm

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Provide superior customer service by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
· Build, manage and maintain positive business relationships through open and interactive communication
· Embrace change in a fast-paced, performance driven team environment
· Offer technical support to customers
· Coordinate with appropriate teams the timely resolution of all customer issues
· Process customer orders accurately based on specifications and terms (e.g. Enterprise or Government accounts) within a timely manner
· Provide post-sales support
· Deal with conflict resolution with emphasis on customer retention
· As required from time to time, assist with onsite device deployment activities
· Back office administrative tasks; including scheduling, record keeping, review and analyse order agreements, audit program offerings and transactions for accuracy
Qualifications
High school diploma
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Strong problem solving skills.
Highly organized individual with the ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills.
Fluency in French is an asset.
