Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a positive and timely manner while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Sales Support: Engage in upselling opportunities, recommending additional products or services based on customer needs.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Purchasing & Telemarketing: Perform minor purchasing duties and assist with telemarketing efforts when necessary.
Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: English fluency is required; French proficiency is a strong asset.
Customer Service Experience: At least 4 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information.
Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills and a great memory for accurately documenting customer interactions.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in upselling or sales techniques is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft software including Office 365 and CRM software
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Professional Demeanor: Must be comfortable maintaining professionalism and adhering to phone etiquette at all times.
Accounting Knowledge: Accounting skills are considered an asset.
Educational Background: High School Diploma, Post-Secondary is preferred.
