Position: Level 1 Technical Support Advisor
Salary: $50.000 / $60.000 annual salary
Schedule: Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM (36 hours per week)
Training: 3 to 4 weeks
Work Mode: Hybrid
Schedules will be communicated in advance.

Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Answering calls, emails, or messages from clients to resolve initial technical issues.
- Diagnosing problems effectively by asking relevant questions and using troubleshooting tools.
- Providing clear instructions and simple solutions to clients to resolve their technical issues.
- Recording and documenting reported issues.
Qualifications
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English, as the client may speak English only
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Diplomacy and empathy in interactions
- Experience in Level 1 technical support
- Technical knowledge and/or experience in IT
- Innovative thinker capable of proposing unique solutions beyond conventional ideas
- Experience in retail sales (an asset)
